Solid Base IT, a Utah-based IT managed service provider (MSP), hired me to establish a specific brand voice for the launch of their new website. I worked directly with the owner to define the conversational, down-to-earth tone that exemplifies their approach to the IT business. We then used this style to develop blog content aimed at connecting with their target audience.
